Cancel or change plan
Change or cancel your Servor plan from Settings → Billing — upgrade, downgrade or end your subscription, and know what happens to your data and limits.
You manage your subscription entirely inside Servor at Settings → Billing. This page walks you through upgrading, downgrading and cancelling your plan, and explains what changes when you do.
Who can change the plan
Managing the plan is an owner/admin action. Owners can do everything including cancel; see Roles and permissions. Members and viewers can't reach billing.

Confirm
Confirm through Servor's built-in checkout. Your new limits and features take effect immediately, and the payer is emailed the billing change.
Upgrading
Upgrading raises your limits and unlocks features right away — more servers and monitors, custom domains, and on the AI plan the copilot and public API. Higher tiers take effect immediately so you're never blocked mid-task.
Downgrading
Before you downgrade, make sure you're within the lower plan's limits. If the new plan allows fewer servers, monitors or status pages than you currently have, remove the extras first — or the downgrade won't fit. Downgrading from the AI plan also turns off the copilot and public API access, so any API tokens stop working.
Trim before you drop a tier
Count your servers, monitors, status pages and custom domains against the target plan's limits and delete what you don't need first. That makes the downgrade smooth.
Cancel your plan
Cancelling ends your paid subscription.
Open billing
Go to Settings → Billing. Open billing in Servor

What cancelling means
Cancelling drops you to the constraints of a lower/free tier. Paid features stop, the AI copilot and API become unavailable, and anything above the free limits must fit within them. Your account and data remain — you're changing the subscription, not deleting the team.
What happens to seats and credits
- Seats: changing plans changes your per-seat pricing; your team members stay on the team. Resize the team from Manage members if needed.
- Credits: leaving the AI plan disables the copilot, so credits are no longer consumed. Your balance and any details are shown in Settings → Billing.
Frequently asked
Will I lose my servers and monitors if I downgrade?
Your data stays, but you must be within the lower plan's limits. If you have more resources than the new plan allows, remove the extras before downgrading. See Plans and limits.
Does cancelling delete my team?
No. Cancelling changes your subscription, not your account. To remove people, use Manage members.
Can I upgrade again later?
Yes — return to Settings → Billing and pick a plan any time. Upgrades apply immediately.
